Manufacturing

We believe that good control and optimum performance are best enhanced when as much of a product as possible is manufactured in-house.  Essex is able to begin with the system concept, design it, and then manufacture it.  We do not simply assemble subsystems produced by others, although we may do so if some particular performance requirement so dictates.

We finish the process with a complete functional system test.  Only when it is proven to operate properly in our plant, does it get shipped.  Witness tests are available if desired.
