With Essex, the responsibility does not
have to end with the initial shipment of the system. We can provide startup
assistance, periodic maintenance and calibration, or maintenance and calibration
on an "on call" basis. The extent of backup is up to you. It's available if
you need it.
Shipment of standard parts and modules
is normally made on a 48 hour basis. Custom replacement parts may take somewhat
longer. Repair of returned inoperative equipment is usually accomplished within
one working day. |
